Just five years ago the sexy Texan was canned for allegedly playinghardball during contract disputes. Add to that rumors that certain castmates were disappointed by the show's lack of character development andthe quality of its two spinoffs, and you can see why morale may nothave always been high on set. Now that a third of the original cast isgone, Eads claims there's room for growth -- and improved attitude.

He sat down for a very candid chat with AOL TV about sharing thespotlight with teen mega-star Taylor Swift in an upcoming episode, thejoys of working with Laurence Fishburne, the wonders of shirtlessvideos ... and going for the "full frontal" with Marg Helgenberger. --By Sandy Deane

1. What can you tell us about the March 5 episode featuring Taylor Swift?

There's a lot of flashbacks and movements through time. Seldom intelevision do you have the time or the opportunity to have this much ofan arc in 45 minutes. And it's really interesting the way that we'llsee her change from a physical standpoint and from and emotionalstandpoint too. And having her being a beginner, at least as far as hertelevision stuff goes, I think people will be pleased with what shedoes. She's very talented, you know. You can't teach what Taylor Swifthas. Her subtlety and the way she portrayed this, I think was reallycool.

问：能透露一些Taylor Swift客串那集的八卦么？
答：有很多闪回镜头。在电视上很少有机会能在四十五分钟内展开如此扣人心弦的故事情节。看着她在身体跟情感上的转变是非常有趣的。作为一个电视银屏上的新手，我觉得大家会对她的表现很满意的。她非常有天赋。她具备的一些能力是不能被教的。她细致入微的表演能力让人惊奇

2. In Taylor's episode, will we also see some kind of profound impact on your character?

It may be hard for me to describe what happens to me, but it's a lossof innocence, really, for Nick as well as for Taylor's character. And Ithink once that innocence is lost, I don't think you can get it back.For Nick this is just another thing I didn't want to see go with him.It's one of the things that made him so charming; he just seems to havethis innocent attitude. It's slowly going away, not unlike whathappened with Sara (Jorja Fox), you know, her brakes got rubbed to themetal and she had to leave.

问：在Taylor客串的这集，我们会看到你的角色受到很深的影响么？

3. You're not paving the way for Nick Stokes to make an exit from 'CSI,' are you?

No, I don't think so. I think it's more interesting to see how somepeople don't quit, and maybe that adverse circumstances and tragedy in[a person's life] help mold them to be an even more beautiful person.It definitely makes him more of an interesting character. I thinkNick's found a stillness. And I kind of like playing it ... so muchmore exciting and interesting than my own life. [Laughs] And they'regetting excited about writing for me, and that feels good.

问：你不会也退出CSI吧？
答：不会。我觉得能看到有些人一直都不退出也是件很有意思的事。可能一些逆境和悲剧会将一个人塑造的更加美好。【发生在Nick身上的事情】将他变得很令人着迷。Nick已经找到一个生活基石。我个人蛮喜欢扮演这个角色的。比我本人的生活惊喜多了。【笑】编剧也越来越对我这个角色很兴奋。这个感觉真好。

4. What happened when you were briefly fired a few years ago for allegedly staging a sick-out?

All I did was oversleep. It just happened to be around the time where[the] actors had a meeting and talked about "Hey, should we ask formore money." Me oversleeping and Jorja getting fired ... got made outthat we were trying to get more money and that we were lying. I'mflattered that people think that I'm that intelligent and calculating.I'm embarrassed to say that I overslept, but that's the truth. I thinkthat's the best thing that happened to me, because I was taking the jobfor granted. I had shown up late several times before that. I would goto bed at 2 when I had a 7AM call time ... and go in there half asleepand kinda just do it. It made a big difference in my life to have thatkind of scare. You know, thank God ... that [Les Moonves] hired me back.

问： 几年前的那个合同纠纷到底怎么回事？
答：我睡过头了。正好发生在演员开会的时候。会议正好是关于我们谈钱的事情。我睡过头了，Jorja被开除了。结果就谣言说我们想要更多的钱，而且我们没有说实话。能让人觉得我如此复杂世故、精于计算实在让我受宠若惊。我不好意思说我睡过头了 ，但是这是真的。我觉得这个工作是发生在我身上最好的事情，我还把这个工作当成一种想当然。我以前也睡过头几回。如果7点要去剧组，我可能会2点才睡觉，然后还没睡醒就去工作了。这件事对我是当头一棒，让我清醒很多。谢天谢地，大老板又把我雇回来了。

他們(他與JORJA)當初是一起被劇組開除的~然後在那期間,JORJA選擇和他同一陣線,直到重回劇組,現在好像他只是睡過頭一般,而且他沒有被開除??真是無恥的說法.

5. Do you miss William Petersen?

Uh, yeah. Billy's a sweet guy, he's a team player, he loves the show.Without a doubt. But towards the end man, he would get to work, hereally didn't want to be there. You know. He was -- there were kind ofgrumblings. And I'm sure he was thinking of a lot after the show. Buthe had been planning on not being there for years. And I'm not tryingto be malicious and saying that he was mean in anyway. But I want to bewith actors [who] really want to be there. With all due respect toBilly. Whether it be Lauren, Laurence, guest stars, somebody [who]comes on and plays a dead body. I mean, I really want to work withactors [who] really want to be there.

问：你想念William Petersen么？
答：啊，想啊。Billy是个很好的人。他很有合作精神。他热爱CSI，毋庸置疑。但是越到后来，他去工作的时候，总感觉他不是很想要工作。你知道的。他总是有些抱怨。我知道他每天演完CSI后都肯定想了很多。但是我真的很想跟想要在那表演的人一起工作。没有任何要侮辱Billy的意思。无论是Lauren、Laurence还是客串演员，哪怕只是来扮演尸体的演员，只要是真心想要工作的。

 這段更不要臉了~他明捧暗貶的指責Billy(Grissom)不想做了,所以不用心在工作上!

6. Was it the same way with Jorja Fox and Gary Dourdan?

It was the same with Jorja. It creates tension. And same with Gary, itjust creates tension that you don't really need at work. When it feelslike there's grumblings with the producer and an actor about themleaving. Or somebody's late, or you know, somebody hates the script andjust voices it out loud and hurts people's feelings. I mean, whenthere's undue tension on the set, because either an actor isn't gettingwhat they want financially or isn't getting what they want creatively,the tension just ripples like a pond. And everybody feels it, and it'sjust not a fun place to be. And in the end, like I said, I just thinknow work's a fun place to be and everybody [who's] there wants to bethere.

问：那Jorja和Gary呢？
答：一样一样。如果你不想在那工作，自然气氛会很紧张。总是有人在那跟制作人抱怨一个演员怎么离开啊，或者是谁又迟到了，甚至是某某在那抱怨具备啊，并且大放厥词，伤害其他人的情感之类的。我的意思是，在剧组里总是有这么一种紧张的情绪存在。可能是哪个演员抱怨自己的工资太低啊，或者是没有把他们写的很有创意啊。这种紧张的情绪就像池塘里的涟漪。每个人都能感觉到。不是一个很有趣的地方。现在，这个地方变得很有趣了，每个人都想要在那工作。

 這段更絕~把前同事全抹黑成對劇本意見多多且對薪資不滿的難搞人物!

7. Gary's departure seemed sudden. Was that something that you guys were prepared for?

I could see it coming. But then again, it goes back to somebody whojust really wants to be there ... you know, be there on time, you'repolished, you're well-rested. And you know, you're there to work. I'mjust saying that I appreciate actors [who] come here ready to go.Again, if you go "Oh, it's just TV," then it just sucks man. And whydoes TV have to suck? I mean if you see shows that ain't that good Iguarantee you that if you look at what's going on, I bet there's anactor who's always late ... I bet there're writers who aren't reallyputting in extra time to make the writing good.

问：Gary的离开好像挺突然的。你们之前知道么？
答：我感觉到了。但是，还是那句话，人们要真的想要在那工作才行。你知道，不迟到，修修边幅，并且要休息好了。你是去那工作的，不是干别的。我只是说我总是对那些时刻准备好的演员很尊敬。如果你说那只不过是个电视剧，电视剧不咋地了。为什么电视剧就不咋地了？我说如果你看到一个电视剧不咋地了，如果你想知道为什么，我敢打赌肯定是有一个演员总是迟到。我也敢打赌肯定有编剧也不是没那么认真的付出时间来好好写剧本了。

 這段也很有趣~他現在化身八卦王就是了,暗指別人不敬業,賢的都是他,愚的都是別人~

8. Were you satisfied, creatively, with how all the story lines for Sara, Gil and Warrick were wrapped up?

I actually thought that they were all dead on. I love the idea aboutoccupational burnout. Because for this job it's just reality. And Ithought it was appropriate the way Gary's ended [with Warrick'smurder]. I love Gary, but I think that it was just good television[laughs]. He's been a friend of mine for a long time. You're together13 hours a day, for years. You just really begin to have an affinityfor people, and care about them. When I know that I'm not going to havethose people in my life on a daily basis anymore, kind of just makes meemotional. Those funeral tears ... maybe I didn't ever really shed anytears personally – but [filming Warrick's funeral] was almost thisvehicle to let it go.

這段和後面的问：你对Sara、GG和Warrick的离开剧情的编写满意么？
答：非常满意。我喜欢那个职业情感疲倦的想法。CSI这个职业是真实会发生的。Warrick的死也是很合情合理的。我喜欢Gary，但是对于电视来说，这个情节非常恰当。很长时间以来，他都是我的朋友。很多年了，如果你每天跟一个人相处13个小时，自然会是这样。你开始跟人们有情感交流，开始关心他们。当我意识到以后我不会再每天见到他们的时候，我很伤感。葬礼的流泪，也许我个人并不轻易流泪，但是拍摄Warrick葬礼的那段真的是很自然的就哭出来了。

訪談內容對照~你會懷疑他鬼打牆或是有失憶症,前後文根本自打嘴吧嘛.

9. How're your new co-stars Laurence Fishburne and Lauren Lee Smith?

Laurence Fishburne's a dream. I feel like he raises our integritylevel. He comes in to it with a lot of humility; he's nice, he's sweet.I told him, "Thanks for being such a good sport, man." Like I'm sittingthere telling you what to do. It's like teaching Superman how to fly.But he said "Hey, I came in to play, baby." That's cool, I love it.[Lauren and I] had an early morning on location, and she had a greatattitude. At the end of the day I said, "I miss Jorja, but having youhere, not being a diva, not being insecure, just doing a good job andbeing a really sweet person … We're lucky to have you." Sometimesyou're stuck with people for 13 hours in a day -- who do you want to bestuck with? I think Lauren and Laurence, just are really cool people,they're a good fit.

问：你觉得你的新同事们怎么样？
答：能和Laurence共事是个梦想。他把我们的整体水平提高了。他进来，很谦虚，他人很好，很细心。我告诉他说很享受他的作品。就像我坐在这告诉你该怎么做一样。那就像教一个超人如何去飞一样。他回答说，他只是来这表演的。这个太酷了，我很高兴。Lauren和我有一次清晨在剧组遇见，她态度很好。那天结束后，我跟她说：“我想念Jorja。但是有你在这更好，你不是那么女王式的人，不是那么没有安全感，只是来这好好工作，好好做人……能有你，很是荣幸。” 有的时候你要跟人们每天在一起相处13个小时。你想跟什么样的人相处中一起那么长时间？我觉得Lauren和老黑都是非常好的人。和他们很合得来。

又再來一次明捧暗貶的說法,是說若是一個有腦子的人,我聽見別人踩別人然後來讚我,我會覺得恨惡不已,因為沒來由幫我得罪一個人.而且誰知道你到那人面前是否也是這樣說我!

10. Petersen has said he was an advocate for the 'CSI' actors with the writers. Is that accurate?

Billy helped change the way the writers and actors work together. He helped us understand it's got to be a collaboration. On our show, at first, they were reluctant to let us bring ourselves to the part by changing the dialogue. We used to not have a writer on set. We had towait for hours to change something simple. To always have a writer onset -- Billy's idea. Perfect example, yesterday, I had this line withthe sherriff ... and I go "Let's just kind of say that." And [the writer] goes off and scribbles something and he's like, "OK, just say that." And he just did that right there. That's because of Billy. And Ithink that's because Billy gave them the confidence in me. [Laughs]"This is my guy." They're really confident when they turn to me to lead it. I'm their lead and I do a good job, because I have the show in line first, not myself.

问：Petersen说他是CSI剧组在编剧面前的演员代表。是么？
答：Billy改变了编剧跟演员合作的方式。他帮助我们明白了要一起协力才可以。在我们这个剧里，最开始编剧们不想让我们自主改台词之类的。我们以前并没有编剧在拍摄现场。一个简简单单的修改就要花好几个小时。Billy的想法是总要有一个编剧在拍摄现场。举个例子，昨天，我跟局长有一句台词。我觉得应该这么说。编剧离开了一会，写的点东西，他说，好的，就这么说。他就在现场改了剧本。这全是因为Billy才有可能。我觉得正是因为Billy，他们才对我有信心。【笑】“这是我的人。”他们对我演男一号很有信心。我是他们的头，工作很努力，因为我现在有一个很完备的剧组，并不是说只靠我一个人。

那你前面說別人老是對劇本有意見和who is not really want to be there是什麼回事呀!!

11. How does it feel being the veteran male lead now?

It doesn't feel wrong; Nick's earned it. He's been through everything,and he keeps getting up. But he's kind of our warrior, our athlete of the heart. He'll go under the crime scene tape and get into the wrecked bus and see the kid [who's] jumped off the roof and [his] head's splattered everywhere. Even though it's ripping him apart, he feels like he has a responsibility to society, being a public servant. My dad was a public servant [as a district attorney] for 30 years; my mom still is a super intendant. We weren't rich. I remember this friend, his father was a lawyer, and they lived in this big ass house. I was like"Hey dad, my friend's dad's a lawyer, and you're a lawyer. How come we live like this and they live like that?" And he's like "That's because I'm on the side of good." I've always thought that was kind of a noble thing.

 问：当男一号的感觉怎么样？
答：不是那么坏。Nick应得的。他经历了一切，而且他还是一直坚持着。他像是个我们心中的战士，一个运动员。他会进入一个犯罪现场，看到一辆撞烂的公共汽车，看到一个孩子从楼上跳下来，他会一直摇头。即使他很伤心，他总是知道自己肩上背负的社会责任，作为人民公仆的责任。我爸爸当检察官30年，我妈妈仍然是个监督官。我们没多少钱。我记得我有一个朋友，他老爸是律师，住一栋特大的房子。我就问我老爸：”我朋友的爸爸是律师，你也是律师。为什么我们住这，他们住那？“ 他回答说那是因为我们站在好人的一边。我一直觉得这是个很高尚的事情。

不好意思~nick是我在本家最沒興趣的一枚!當初warrick要掛點時,我曾很壞心的想why warrick, not nick.....

12. Will Nick ever hook up with Catherine Willows?

It might be interesting for that to happen accidently. If all of thesudden they look at each other and something snapped. All of the suddenthey're out of control and in love with each other. And to me, it makessense just cause we've been together for so long, we've been through somuch together. I don't think anybody looks into Catherine's eyes andsoul the way Nick can and does. That kind of stuff would make much moresense than them hooking him up with another street prostitute.

 问：Nick会和Catherine Willows在一起么？
答：如果意外发生会非常有趣的。如果是两个人对视一下，然后”彭“一下子，奇妙的事情发生了。忽然之间，他们俩失去控制，爱上了对方。我个人认为，这个事情并不突然。我们已经在一起这么长时间了，经历了那么多。我不认为有任何其他人看Cath会像Nick一样。把他们俩写在一起总比让Nick跟个街头妓女厮混强。

13. How hot is Marg Helgenberger? Can you put it into words?

Well, let's see. Let's see. Marg is so hot, that sometimes when I first see her, I can't help but stare at her. It's like something comes overyou. When you're driving your car and you're looking in the mirror andthere's cop lights. And you're like "Oh geez, what have I done." It'skind of like the heart jumping in your throat sometimes with her. To top it off, she's like the coolest lady. And now, the last few years,every time I go to give her a kiss on the cheek, she goes to give me a peck on the mouth. The best part of my day with her. Now I just go right in for the frontal. I used to go "Ooh, Marg the frontal." Now I just don't say anything, I just go in and get it. But yeah, she takescare of herself. She's beautiful.

 问：Marg到底有多性感火辣？能用语言形容么？
答：试试哈。我第一次见到她的时候，我没法不盯着她看。好像有东西控制了你一样。当你开车的时候，你看了下后视镜，发现警察车灯闪了。你就会忽然醒悟，不知道自己到底干了什么。有的时候跟她在一起就像是那样的心跳。她是最好的女士。在过去的几年里，每次我有机会亲她脸蛋时候，她总是会轻轻吻一下我的嘴。那是我最美好的时刻。现在我就直接上去亲好了。她很好的照顾了自己。她非常非常美丽。

14. Did you know that you appear shirtless in half of your YouTube videos?

It's interesting. I look over there and there's like 50,000 views ofthis thing from 15 years ago where I had my shirt off. And then there's700 on a scene that I was really proud of from 'CSI.' Man, [laughs] Idon't know if we're undersexed or oversexed as a society. But it'spretty funny. It's just skin. It's all good.

 问：你知道有一半你的Youtube视频都是裸上身的么？
答：是啊，真有意思。我查过。好像有五万多这样的视频，都是15年前的视频了，我把上衣脱了。还有700个视频是关于我所骄傲的CSI的。【笑】我不知道我们是太关注性了还是太不性压抑了。不过确实挺有意思的。只是皮肤嘛，没什么的。

那是你只有身材可賣吧!(現在發福連唯一的優點都沒了)

以下是我的個人感想

真的只想說WTF!!他是得意忘形了吧.....
尤其是說BILLY和JORJA那兩段,真想飆髒話
就算人家真的是在談薪水或是對劇本有意見,身為朋友或是同事,也不該用爆料王的口吻說人長短,然後過河拆橋的把自己捧上天,別人踩下地,而且虧當初JORJA那麼挺你!!!!真是無恥

說BILLY更是過份,由此可見他真是一點人品也沒有.你要拍現在同事的馬屁,我沒意見,可是急急表態,踩之前的人,以示忠貞這種姿態就叫人作嘔了.(最蠢就是這種急急表態~我最忠)順勢打死其他人的人.

這是作人與態度的問題!因為拍馬屁乃人之常情.說些現在關係你工作的掌權者的溢美之詞並無不對.我也不是道德魔人~

只是,他這樣並不會使被捧的人開心,並絕對會讓被踩的人不開心~實在是很愚蠢的做法,
和老同事不熱情是一回事~但嘩眾並趁機中傷別人又是另一回事了.
身為演員該更明白留三分情面,日後好相見的道理吧!

我實在是覺得此人是笨蛋~你這樣說別人只會給劇組帶來傷害!而且別人不會感激你這樣的做法,
