Doctors spend a lot of time focused on the future, planning it, working toward it. But at some point you start to realize your life is happening now. Not after med school, not after residency, right now. This is it. It's here. Blink and you'll miss it.

這季的Finale演得還不賴，雖然知道會在Izzie的病危上做文章，但是還可以接受，看著她徬徨無助的想著是否要接受手術，還真有點難過。

以上這張，恐怕是五人最後齊聚一堂了呀！

不過我想很多人都不能接受雖然撿回命，卻失去自理生活能力，連家人都不認得的處境吧，那樣生活毫無品質可言。

 bailey對主任說她要離婚並留在外科那段，我真的很為她難過，她是我在GA裡面最喜歡的一個角色了，她痛哭流涕的說著她的恐懼和對丈夫的軟弱的無奈，真的讓人感到同情。

Cristina和Owen終於開始跨出下一步，她表白那段超可愛的！我也很喜歡她這集和Meredith的互動，兩人都開始改變，如同片尾說得：

Meredith (closing voiceover):

Did you say it? 'I love you. I don't ever want to live without you. You changed my life.' Did you say it? Make a plan. Set a goal. Work toward it, but every now and then, look around; Drink it in 'cause this is it. It might all be gone tomorrow."

因為那裡可能就沒有明天了，該說出口的，還是說出來吧！
